AUTOMATIC static casting machine for the production of polyurethane soles and sandals
(with appropriate molds it is possible to produce shoes cast directly onto the upper)

Equipment:

• Feeding cabin with 140 kg tanks each (optional 250/350 kg) electronic control of temperatures, flow rates and pressures via PLC

• Carbon steel tanks, with heated cavity with water and glycol recirculation, through pumps and heat exchangers for perfect control of the temperature of the materials. Independent pumping groups with servo-controlled motors and high-precision volumetric pumps.

• Agitators for mixing materials, pumps for automatic loading of materials from drums to tanks. Max. and min. level for detecting the quantity of material present in the tanks. SAE 100 R1 tubing heated by applying 10V voltage to the metal armature.

• Volumetric ratio adjustable via PLC located on the control cabin panel, with vision of the increase or decrease of the flow rates via digital electronic tachometer (the weights, the distribution of the PU and the release agent are set by PLC).

• Casting head with pneumatic opening and closing. Head washing system with solvent and timed air on the two components (on request, the self-cleaning head can be mounted).

• Head holder support moved automatically mold by mold with distribution of PU and release agent. The mold holders close and open automatically, controlled by PLC.

NB: THE MACHINE CAN WORK WITH ONLY ONE OPERATOR.
