Automatic rotary polyurethane casting machine for the production of soles , insoles, fusbett and sandals

• Rotating table with mechanical movement via hydraulic motor that controls the Maltese cross lever. The table rests on the high-capacity central fifth wheel, avoiding external supports and therefore free from vibrations, allowing the table to move in less than a second.

• Independent and tilting mold holders to eliminate the water line. Pneumatic lid movement with toggle closure, bushed and self-lubricating. Mold heating plates controlled by thermoregulators.

• Feeding cabins with 250 kg tanks (Optional 350 kg). Electronic control of temperatures, flow rates and pressures. Carbon steel tanks with cavity, electrically heated with diathermic oil recirculation via pumps and heat exchangers for perfect control of the temperature of the materials. Independent pumping groups servo-controlled by brushless motors with high-precision volumetric pumps. Display and speed variation devices located on the front and controlled by PC. Agitators for mixing the materials. Pumps for automatic loading of materials from drums to tanks. Min/max level for detecting the quantity of materials present in the tanks. SAE 100 R1 piping heated by applying 10V voltage to the metal armature.

• Casting trolley controlled by brushless motor and encoder for controlling the casting strokes on each mould

• Casting head in aluminium alloy with treated steel bushings and taps and mechanical advance adjustment, watertight rotor and mixing chamber with cooling cavity

• Centralized control cabin for all the functions and automatic systems of the carousel complete with PC for automatic programming, equipped with UPS and stabilizer
